Adhesive Resin

Compatibilizer is a general term used for bringing two polymers together in a physical mixture (blend) especially in the case of immiscible blends.

PP Compatibilizer

Using best polypropylene as the substrate is to grafted to maleic anhydride. By a professional team and advanced production lines, PP-g-Mah is manufactured to make it attain the better property of compatibility for filling fiber or mineral, Low smell, low VOC, high grafted, etc.

KT-1, KT-1C, KT-1D, can serve as the preparation method of auto parts, home appliances, furniture, and as an adhesive agent for the combination of TPU and PA, etc.

Others can be used for vehicle interior parts, home appliances, etc.

ABS Compatibilizer

ABS compatibilizer, namely, acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene copolymer (ABS) grafted with maleic anhydride (MAH) (ABS-g-MAH), is widely used for surface and interface modifiers of ABS and acrylonitrile styrene (AS) filled by fiber or mineral, the compatibility of alloys of ABS/polycarbonate (PC), PA/ABS, PA/ASA.

KT-2 and KT-3 (ABS-g-Mah) can be used as surface and interface modifiers of glass fiber or mineral-filled ABS or AS, and as compatibilizers of the alloy of PC/ABS.

KT-2M can serve as the compatibilizer of the alloy of polyamide(PA) and ABS, the alloy of PA and acrylonitrile styrene acrylate copolymer(ASA), and improve toughness, stiffness, ABS heat resistance.

KT-4 is used for improving the properties of toughness and impact of ABS.

PE Compatibilizer

KT-12 (HDPE-g-Mah) is used for electrostatic spraying and wood-plastic composite.

KT-12A (PE-g-Mah) also for electrostatic spraying, wood-plastic composite, cable(highly filled Halogen-free cables), asphalt waterproofing additives, the toughness and strengthening of PA. KT-12B (LLDPE-g-Mah) also for cable(highly filled Halogen-free cables) and the toughness and strength of PA.

KT-24 (PPO-g-Mah) is used for PA/PPO alloy to improve fiber strength.

KT-25 (SEBS) can bring better compatibility of PA, POM, PPO, and PPS, and also can improve properties of flexibility and fatigue resistance as modifiers for engineered plastic.

KT-26 (EVA-g-Mah) is used for producing masterbatch, improving color fastness and compatibility; for fire resistance cables, increasing the adding volume of inorganic flame retardant; for adhesion promoter, improving materials’ printability, bonding, compatibility, the toughness of PA, etc.

PA Toughener

Most of the products are mainly used for toughening and strengthening PA66, PA6, and PA with fire resistance. KT-9 is used for toughening and strengthening PA6.

PC Toughener

KT-15 is used for toughening and strengthening PC and toughening the alloy of PC/ABS.

KT-17 also for toughening and strengthening PC and toughening the alloys of PC/ABS and PBT/ABS.

KT-18 also for toughening and strengthening PC, toughening PC fire resistance, and the alloys of PC/ABS and PBT/ABS.

KT-31 also for toughening and strengthening PC. It has a better effect on environmental stress crack resistance.

PBT Toughener

Most of them are mainly used for toughening and strengthening PBT, PBT with fire resistance, the alloys of PC/PBT and PC/PET(Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate), and improve the toughness of PPS(Polyphenylene sulfide).

KT-30 also for toughening and strengthening PBT and PBT with the retardant.
